Blue Rock has developed two types of service in order to deliver a flexible solution for our clients.

Generic Service

The Blue Rock Club is a stand alone on-line shopping directory offering preferential prices on a range of niche products and services. These suppliers have been carefully selected from a number of criteria they have to meet in order to gain access to the directory. For ease of use the site enables members to quickly sign up to the service and start saving straight away on their purchases. We offer:

  • A secure website enabling members to sign-up quickly and shop immediately.
  • Standard e-marketing tools to communicate the new scheme.
  • New suppliers added every month.
  • Special periodic offers added each month.

Dedicated Service

The dedicated service offers a branded website displaying your organisation's logo and colours. Externally to existing members & prospective members, it is clearly visible that the solution is being driven by your organisation.

The service also allows the client to tailor the suppliers where needed in order to meet your local and national needs. Suppliers that you may already be working with can also be implemented into the scheme at no extra cost. We offer:

  • A branded website (usually based on your corporate guidelines).
  • Bespoke marketing tools to communicate with members.
  • Incorporates special periodic offers.
  • Regular negotiation of new suppliers.

The communication channels

E-newsletters

Previous experience has shown that regular communication is vital in order to maintain a successful membership scheme.

To keep your members updated we offer a monthly e-newsletter. This can be designed and tailored to fit your own organisations branding. Alternatively you can utilise this content within your own in-house communication channels.

Mobile Marketing

We have teamed up with industry specialists to develop effective mobile strategies. This medium encourages members to buy products and services directly from their mobile phone. The technology is downloaded to the member’s phone via a text message. Once the software is installed it will enable the member to buy specific products directly from their phone making it quick and easy to use.

Support tools

A range of support and communication tools are available to help communicate the message, including a customer helpline, flyers and other marketing material.
